Kilnform Trivet - Incan Deity

Ceramic Tile Trivet depicting an Incan Deity.  Image is from a Peruvian archaeological site in Chavin de Huantar (occupancy c. 1200-500 bc).  

Designers Eugene Friley and Stanley Fistick operated Kilnforms, Inc in Columbus, Ohio.  They were also professors at Ohio State University in the Ceramics Program.

Trivet measure 5 1/4 by 5 1/5 inches.
