Lavall Nail Collection Box, 1930

This round box is a perfect desk accessory to catch all those little things that accumulate over time.

This box is made of celluloid (an early plastic) and dates from the 1930s.  It measures 5 1/2 inches to the tip of the knob, and is 4 1/8” in diameter.  

Lid does have a small crack which is shown very faintly on the last photo.
